It is very bad hospital.Dr. Tanveer Alam is I think he is inexperienced dr.so my advice is don't consult to him and Dr.Nikhat Fatima is too bad dr. I think she isn't Dr. she is a cruel women she doesn't understand any patients feeling
I recently had my mom's hysterectomy and gallbladder surgery done by Dr. Tanveer Alam, and I'm so grateful for the successful outcome. Dr. Tanveer is such a caring and compassionate person. His staff is always on top of things and the nurses provide excellent care. I know some people think this hospital is expensive, but the quality of care is worth every penny... The cost of the hospital is similar to multispeciality hospital. But the service I am getting is worse than the low quality nursing home. Half of the facilities that the patient promises to provide at the time of admission are not available later. In semi ICU there is no AC system, there is no outside sun blocking system, the sun is falling on the patient's body through windowsLoot is going on in the name of package. Room facilities are very poor. Above all, every staff here, from the nurses, everyone is of low standard, especially the reception staff is worse and worse. There is no lift to go to 5th floor. Elderly people have to use the stairs to go there. The most useless hospital.Putting men and women together in the ICU. That's some kind of rule
