Doctor assistants are very bad at their behaviour because they don't talk properly and they don't give exact information about their system.. it took me three days to understand their system and they didn't write my mother's name. The patient should be present there in order to write the patient name.. is it necessary this rules

They are not interested to take new patients Early in the morning 7 am line starts but there is no value to first come if you are new one. I took 2 days to understand the system They take name of patients only if patient comes in person and give time to come back after 3-4 hour say 11 am but Doctor comes on 2.30 to 3 pm on the clinic after such suffering doctor takes patients in hurry not ready to talk and discuss the problem. I just want to ask after putting my 3 days to meet dr don’t I have right to discuss my problem with doctor even after paying the fees too
