The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The nursing staff were extremely caring and always ready to help, no matter the time of day. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and followed proper hygiene and safety protocols. The facilities, including diagnostic services and treatment rooms, were modern and well-equipped. Your service is truly excellent. I was especially impressed by the service provided by the security guard and the gentleman in a blue shirt and black trousers who were on duty at 7 AM. Both of them were very professional and courteous. The person who was serving the report was also extremely polite and well-mannered.

When I was told to come for the test, I brought the patient earlier. But I had to wait for almost 4 hours to get the test done. I didn't like it at all. We should have told you when the doctor would come. Time is very important to everyone.
