Today on date 8.05.2024 visited at Dr P K Gupta clinic at 12:45 pm and they note down our name and said doctor is coming by 1pm! And said your number will be in half and hour! We were waiting and waiting till 3pm and still they said wait!! So it’s very clear neither they have time for patient or important for patient’s time or they don’t understand others timing ! In this summer long waiting time is harrasment for any patients! They should maintain the management system or understand the patient’s situation! I will never visit and never recommend to others! Please do not go there! They don’t understand time and patients’so emergency!
