We had a very bad experience. My wife went to Pahlajani’s Hospital due to heavy bleeding. The doctor suggested Mirena insertion, and we immediately agreed. The procedure was carried out by the doctor on duty along with Dr. Neeraj Pahlajani, and it was completed within about an hour. However, after 5 days, the bleeding started again, even after the Mirena was inserted. When the bleeding continued for 10 days without any improvement, we approached the doctor again. Dr. told us that Mirena takes time to become effective and asked us to wait a few more days. We asked whether the Mirena was properly placed. To confirm this, the doctor suggested a sonography. We decided to get an independent opinion and went to Neuberg for the sonography. The report clearly stated that the Mirena was positioned well below the midway point and would not be effective. We returned to Pahlajani Hospital with the report. Dr Neeraj checked and told us everything was fine, and there was nothing to worry about. She mentioned that sometimes the Mirena may shift slightly, but it would still work perfectly. She was quite rude during this visit. We insisted on a recheck since the report clearly indicated otherwise. Dr. Neeraj then suggested another sonography, this time at Pahlajani Hospital itself. The sonography was done, but we never received the report. Instead, the sonographer directly informed Dr. Neeraj. She then told us that the Mirena was at the midway position and would work perfectly. She instructed the duty doctor to inform us that the bleeding could continue like this for up to 3 months. If the Mirena didn’t suit, it could be removed later. How ignorant can a doctor be? A patient is in pain and bleeding heavily, and an experienced doctor suggests waiting in such a condition? This is both disgusting and inhuman. It seemed the businesswoman in her took priority over the doctor. It’s shameful. Her arrogance and negligence could have harmed the patient. Thankfully, we didn’t stop there. We found another experienced gynaecologist for a second opinion. She thoroughly checked the Neuberg report and examined the case herself. She confirmed that the report was accurate—the Mirena was placed well below the midpoint and would be of no use. She strongly advised that it be removed as soon as possible. The next day, we returned to Pahlajani Hospital. We met the doctor on duty and requested her to remove the Mirena. We told her about the second opinion we had received. Although she initially suggested we meet Dr. Neeraj again, my wife was already suffering from pain, heavy bleeding, and discomfort. After our previous experience, we did not want to meet Dr. Neeraj again or waste more time. Her ignorance had already traumatized my wife. We firmly requested the duty doctor to proceed with the removal, and she performed the procedure. My wife is now recovering. LESSON LEARNED: Big hospital with modern facilities doesn’t guarantee good treatment, when the doctor in-charge of the hospital is careless, incompetent and money-minded, it’s the patient who suffers.

The best nursing staff and facilities we have ever experienced!!! My sister got discharged today…She gave birth to a baby girl♥️….Not even once we felt like we are in a hospital. The rooms are so good and have a homely feeling and the entire staff whether it be the senior doctors Mr.Anuj Gautam sir, Swamitra sir,Neeraj ma’am or the nursing staff specially *Geeta Goswami* ma’am and *Shiva sir*were so friendly and caring!!!Their kindness and care played a major role in my sister’s recovery. They provide each and every facility including simple home like food for the patient, room decorations and daily massages. The staff is available 24*7 and just a call away.We would like to Thank each and every person of Pahlajani Hospital of Raipur and Bhilai for providing us with the best care and facilities.(My sister & Brother in law- Mrs. Aakanksha soni and Mr. Karan Soni♥️)

My baby died because of neeraj pahlajani’s continuous ignorance for the symptoms i had from past 4-5 days. Due to this i went into labour in the 7th month itself and lost my baby. She and her emergency staff is responsible for ignoring my condition. Do not go to this hospital as they don't pay kind attention.
