Satnam Hospital- Children Hospital/ General Physician / Gynaecologist / ivf Center in Rajkot

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service at Satnam Hospital, particularly due to the behavior of one of the staff members named Thushar. His behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Instead of helping or showing care, he created unnecessary stress and discomfort during an already difficult time. Such conduct is unacceptable, especially in a place meant for healing and care. Thushar’s attitude gave a very negative impression of the hospital and left us feeling extremely disappointed. Staff members should be trained to handle patients and their families with empathy and respect, but unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Because of this incident, we will never recommend Satnam Hospital to anyone. A single staff member’s behavior can damage the trust people place in a hospital, and this experience has done exactly that for us. We hope the hospital management takes immediate action to improve their staff's attitude and ensure patients are treated with dignity in the future.

I had a distressing experience at Satnam Hospital with a staff member named Thushar. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and lacking in empathy.
