Laxmiveni Maternity Hospital

I’m never going to this hospital again. It’s nothing but self-insult. !!!!!The doctor was very rude to the patient. I went to get checked for a gynecological issue, which later turned out to be a second-stage uterus prolapse. The doctor did not explain the situation properly and kept using medical terms without clarifying. When I asked her to explain, she was very rude and refused to elaborate on the condition or discuss the treatment options. She asked us to undergo some tests, again using medical terms without telling us where they could be done. When I asked her about it, she shouted at me and said the tests would be done there, then asked if I had ₹2500 to pay. After we paid for the tests, her behavior changed, and she started talking calmly. If it's all about money, why did we even pay the consulting fee? Additionally, while she was examining my mother in a room separated only by a cloth, her son, who appeared to be around 20 years old, entered the room. She even discussed personal matters with him during the examination. This doctor was unprofessional, ill-mannered, and extremely rude.

Disappointing Experience with Front Desk Service I recently book a appointment on phone call and was disappointed with the service I received from the reception desk. Unfortunately, the lady at the front desk was not attentive and responded poorly to my queries. Expectations: As a patient, I expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere, especially from the front desk staff. Efficient communication and a helpful attitude can make a significant difference in a hospital experience. Recommendation: Hospital management should focus on improving front desk service to match the quality of medical care.
