This hospital is an absolute scam! The staff is the most horrible I have ever seen—rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. They refuse to answer basic questions properly and act as if they have zero responsibility toward patients. The washrooms are filthy and beyond unhygienic. On top of that, the doctors are only interested in minting money rather than actually treating patients. Even when the patient was stable for 24 hours, they refused to discharge and instead wrote LAMA (Left Against Medical Advice) in the discharge slip. This is nothing but a disgusting money-making scheme at the cost of patients' well-being. I seriously don’t understand how this hospital is still allowed to function. If you value proper medical care, avoid this place at all costs and go to Kashipur or Haldwani instead!

In one word, this hospital is useless. The doctors and staff seriously don’t even know the basics—like what medicines they are giving; they themselves are unaware. So, my sincere request to everyone is: do not go here, especially if you have small children.
