Getwell Ratlam provided exceptional care with a warm and attentive staff. The doctor Naved and staff are highly professional, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my son’s treatment, I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking quality medical care.

Poor laboratory in terms of service and hygiene. They don't have basic Lab test availability like Thyroid Profile, HbA1c, Diabetes etc. They will collect the samples and get the test done outside and won't provide test results on time. They even don't destroy Laboratory waste like disposable Van, Syringes, used cotton balls. Lab technicians just keep the things aside. Staff is not knowledgeable and don't understand the urgency. Don't expect quality and fast service here, come only if you have entire day to waste.
