Banke Bihari Nursing Home and ultrasound centre

This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever encountered. If I could give a negative star rating, I would give it -5 stars. I visited this facility 3-4 times for my wife’s pregnancy ultrasounds, and each time was a frustrating experience. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait for hours due to the incompetence of the staff and their random way to queue the patients as per their ease. For the Level II scan, we were given an appointment after a 15-day wait, but during the alloted time, the staff used inappropriate language and ultimately refused to complete the ultrasound. This is incredibly frustrating that despite living in a world with widespreas access to education, there are still hospitals where illitrate staff create a hellish experience for patients.

Very unprofessional and extremely rude doctor. My mother went for an ultrasound today at the clinic and was attended by Dr. Tarang. He seemed to be frustrated and in a mood for no reason. He mistreated her and behaved very badly. He also quoted that people only come to him to get IIT concessions. My mother then refused to get her ultrasound done and came back. Very unprofessional. Won’t recommend anyone from IIT to go to him.

Very calm and understanding Dr.she is very good at her work.Very cooperative and mature .Guide me properly at every stage of my pregnancy..Help me to deliver safely and in a natural way..I will be always thankful to the doctor 🙏 for such beautiful and memorable experience..highly recommended ❤️
