I had a truly awful experience at this hospital. The staff seemed to think they were running on hospital time, which apparently means taking forever to do anything. It felt like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to patients. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they have hours to waste waiting around. The doctor's scheduled arrival time is 9:00 AM, but she doesn't show up until 11:30 AM. The doctor needs a reminder about the importance of punctuality, not just in terms of fees but also in respecting patients' time by arriving promptly.
I am really blessed that my father chose doctor Poonam ma'am for my baby birth. I visit her in my 34 weeks of pregnancy and my water fluid was less at that time, my baby had less weight but she handled my case so well. I am really thankful for her kind behaviour, best treatment and her positive thinking made me positive. I followed her suggestions and now I am a mother of a beautiful baby girl.
