Amrit Hospital

Pathetic and shady hospital and doctors. They just want to make money out of people's misery. My baby was admitted on the day 1 and we conveyed that he has breathing issue and some problem seems to be in his nose. However doctor mentioned no issue in nose and started medicines for chest congestion. After 4 days itself no improvement happened and they suggested that we should go for Naisal Endoscopy from KMC Hospital. When I reached out to the KMC technician he confirmed that they don't have facility for a new born baby. However Amrit hospital doctor wanted to make their commission by suggesting to such a hospital where such facilities are not there. What kind of loot they have started and there is no control on these people. Apart from that support staff gather inside the ICU and make so much noise, they don't bother about patient's health. First they will fill their documents then only will come to see the patient for any help. I had a very pathetic experience with this hospital. Please avoid such hospitals where money is more important then patient's well being.

Google Review: I am extremely disappointed with the way your hospital staff handles patient queries. I had been trying to connect with the OPD department continuously from 8:00 AM onwards, but no one bothered to answer the call until 10:00 AM. And when the call was finally answered, I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff member on the other end. This is highly unacceptable coming from a reputed institution like yours.
