Dear Managment team of Gautam Hospital I appreciate the services provided by your hospital. However, I would like to bring a few concerns to your attention: 1. Final Stage Treatment: The treatment & documentation in the final stage was not properly done. I request you to review and ensure proper care for patients in similar situations. 2. Insurance Department: Some employees in the insurance department did not behave professionally. I request you to address this issue to maintain good service standards. Apart from these concerns, I am satisfied with other aspects of the hospital's services. I hope you will look into these matters and take necessary actions. Thank you.
wards are neat and clean. Staff visits in every 15 minutes. Totally I am comfortable over here. Specially thanks to doctor and nurses who take care of myself. And thanks to management of A sir who visits 2, to 3 times and ask about my health and all. Thank you Gautam hospital👍🙏
The facilities of the hospital is good ...we didn't had any kind of issue here..the doctors and the saff is good . They visit regularly for check up. And the cleaning department is and all also very supportive. 👍
