Srusti Maternity & Nursing Home

The numbering system of this nursing home is very bad. And the staff behaviour is very very very rude. Specially the receptionists, they have no manners how to behave with a pregnant woman/ patients. Also don't deserve any star. In 2025 they have no online systems, no booking,no UPI transaction, only cash. But the Doctors are very polite and very good in treatment. But it's very difficult to get token for numbering. And in last moment it's may be delayed exchanged or replaced with another token number.

Never recommend to anyone. The problem i faced today i.e. 01.03.25 will never forget. Am at 6w4d pregnancy stage. Having severe bleeding today. On 21.02.25 Dr. Sunil panda sir prescribed sustain 200 injection for 2weeks twice in a week. Yesterday got 3rd injection. Today facing heavy bleeding went to dr. But dr. Panda sir has no time to see me as an emergency patient also infact he said no more patient he will have today. So disappointed today. He failed to serve his duty as a dr towards his patient that too in emergency.

Situated at sahajognagar,budharaja, Sambalpur with a narrow sub -street of the town road. Doctor diagnosis is very good as per public reaction. Doctor behaviour is also very good towards the patient but the attendant/ nurse in the doctor chamber are very bad and poor response towards the patient. The nurse conversation is very rude even if they don't know how to handle their patients. The supporting staff in the nursing home are very good and sincere with their patients. Overall very good nursing home in the Sambalpur township having good facilities provided and the price also very good for general people.
