GETWELL HEALTHCARE AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE

I came to hospital at 10 am with my daughter . After getting fever for last three days she was not having enough energy to even stand . The paediatrician doc first checked her and then gave us list of 5 tests to be done. Which were not actually even required . My kid was having some mild infection due to cold and what was needed that time was medicines to help her comfort the sickness. The doc commented on my kids weight that her weight is little on higher side which was not required. Five six reports also included dengue test. I don’t see even a single mosquito for this test to be done . It was told that reports will come in an hour . But even after two hours there was no sign of report . Once reports came , we went to doc cabin and he was not there . We waited for 20 mins in his cabin and he don’t turn up. Nurse even called and asked him and she don’t get back to us with valid reasons . Finally we hve to throw the reports on doc table and return to govt hospital . My experience with this hospital was pathetic and people including doc are so unprofessional. They are just busy minting money by writing multiple reports and there is no value of time or empathy for people. The hospital lacks sitting arrangements for people and patients . Most of the time people are waiting on stairs outside. The toilets are unhygienic and even if you are not sick , you can get sick if you visit them .

The most pathetic institution ever came across. Please don't waste your time because they are a good liar too. They will make sure to irritate by giving an inappropriate timing. Staffs are not polite. They are so backward that they don't even use online digital payments 😅

Everything is Horrible from the services to the toilet. Doesn't fit to be a private institution. They really have to work smart on everything. Worst experience wasted unnecessary time.
