Dr. H.G. Roberts Hospital

The overall experience at the facility was disappointing due to poor behavior from some of the staff. Security personnel, nurses, and other workers were often harsh and unkind in their interactions with patients. Instead of showing care and compassion, their behavior was rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable in a place meant for healing and support. Additionally, the area had no network coverage, making it difficult for patients and visitors to communicate with loved ones or access important information. Immediate improvements are needed in staff training and basic facility infrastructure.

The nurses are fine but the doctors, especially the department of Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, please do not go there, the doctor doesn't know what she's doing

It’s such a good and amazing hospital I had done my surgery at this hospital and the experience was excellent in terms of the support and care provided by the doctor and nurses team.Dr Kenneth and Dr Ibanda was always reassured and never created any fear in our mind. I highly recommend all the doctors nd nurses team they were incredibly supportive during my hospitalized.
