Very Very poor in public relations... In my own experience today the 09/11/24 around 1200 pm, when it happened while i went to visit one of our closed one who is in HDU. Staff in there are rude enough, they shouted and have no respect at all the way they treated the visitors and how much will it concern you? If it is for a patient?

If i could give zero stars, that'd be perfect. They don't allow company with patients. What if said patient is illiterate? Lot's of complications could happen because of this particular reason. Illiteracy means no accessibility to health care or what?
