Supercare Hospital

Based on two experiences. 2 yrs back, they gave TB medicines to my mom-in-law who had gone there for throat pain. After taking the medicine for 1 month she became so weak n ill. She was rushed to hospital in Jowai where they detected no sign of TB anywhere and wondered why TB medicine was given. When we went to the same doctor for the 2nd time he told us that he had been mis diagnosed and that taking medicine was a mistake. Sadly, she never recovered and left her family within 2 months of her throat pain. On another occasion my nephew was admitted for some discomfort in the stomach. But ultimately stayed there for more than 30 days as they could not diagnose the sickness for almost 3 weeks but refuse to be referred to other hospitals or discharged. With each passing day his conditions became so worse that he was unable to swallow his own saliva and eat anything. Ultimately they had to nose feed him. On another occasion my sister was taken there to the Emergency Ward due to her breathing difficulties. But the doctor and nurse refused to treat or do anything until the Admission Process and Receipt are finalised. We pleaded with them to at least give her oxygen to which they blatantly. Fortunately, in the midst of chaos she recovered after 30 min in the emergency ward without any help. We left and took her to another hospital. Now, why do we keep going there in spite of the bad experience ??? Because it happened to be the nearest hospital to us. Oh, I forgot to mention if anyone is admitted be sure to carry your thick mask as one of the male doctors who did the Night visit smell alcohol 😞

Just for the review I have also given one star otherwise worst hospital.. to all the patient out there ..one really needs to check the review.. myself recently visited due to emergency without checking any details... Very rightly said ... It should be called SUPERCASE ! Hospital No humanity....insane.. like everybody said this hospital makes u wait for hours.... Yes indeed ..Low pressure people will turn into High pressure just imagine We got admitted on Wednesday n was informed to be discharged by Saturday n it got extended to Sunday morning but to our dismay ... bill counter made it worst.. delay..the time ...nurses have no clear answers for the prescription they write in the name of Dr. Unnecessary harassment like going up n down to the third floor to fetch the medicine with a long queue.. terrible! Comunication skill is nil.. when asked are we on a same page ?? They don't understand they say... But in the case of bill they made sure Dr. Visits n get his due..! Gone are the days when we used to believe in...Service to man is service to God . Today the things are reversed.I hope n pray may God see this act of man.

The doctors have the audacity to make outpatients wait for hours and hours. If late by 20,30 mins it is understandable but to have to wait for 2,3 hours it just shows how discipline such a doctor is.
