Be considerate when dealing with patients. Waited for 4 hours just to take an appointment date for scan. You deal with pregnant women so please let them know if it's going to take time so they can atleast eat something during the waiting period in some hygienic place. Management, please advise your receptionist or cashier who sits in the counter for clarity to patients query.
