My experience at Green Heals Hospital was quite disappointing. There are not enough bathrooms for patients, and only one common bathroom is available for both males and females, which is very inconvenient and unhygienic. Additionally, the hospital does not provide phone charging cables, which can be a basic need for patients and their families. What’s more frustrating is that they charge an unreasonable amount for the general ward, which lacks proper facilities and doesn’t justify the high cost. It feels like they are inflating bills without offering matching services. I hope the hospital takes these issues seriously and improves its infrastructure and transparency.

The nursing service is pathetic, especially the ICU nursing staff and most of the junior ward nurses. Words seem insufficient to describe my disappointment and dissatisfaction with them. The ICU nurses have a completely different attitude—sometimes even more arrogant than the doctors. Perhaps I think they never attended moral classes in childhood, which is why they lack basic etiquette and don’t perform their duties properly. Greenheals, I’m giving you genuine advice or feedback : if you want your hospital to experience abundant growth in the future, conduct moral training sessions for your nursing staff. Teach them the importance of fulfilling their duties rather than spending time chewing paan and gossiping with their fellowmates while neglecting their responsibilities. Additionally, train them on how to communicate politely with patients and their attendants. Giving 1 star is too much for your hospital, I should have given 0 star but unfortunately Google doesn't have that option. I have given my feedback; now it's up to you whether you want to address this issue properly or not.
