Receptionist don't know how to talk to ppl, don't know how to interact with others ..very poor behaviour, the behaviour is unacceptable 🤐...those people require training... Even they don't pickup phone...lack of social interaction skills... atleast they should have some basic manners..

The receptionist is exceptionally rude and has no manners whatsoever. Very poor service . Shame on them for lacking basic manners in workplace .

One of the worst hospitals in Barak Valley, the staff and security personnel don't know how to talk to people. People spend money in private hospitals expecting good service, but the level of service provided here is a major concern. There's no doubt that the doctors are really good and well-experienced. However, since this is a service industry, management should focus on improving the service. I request that the management at least provide some basic training to the staff and security.
