Honest Review – Unethical Practices & Overcharging I had a highly disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff is unprofessional, and their primary focus seems to be overcharging patients rather than providing quality care. For a minor injury, they charged exorbitant fees. Every visit results in a minimum bill of ₹1,000, regardless of the treatment provided. I was charged ₹1,800 just for applying a plaster, which took barely 10 minutes, and on the same day, they added an extra ₹300 as a separate doctor consultation fee. Later, when it was time to remove the plaster, they refused to do it unless I paid another ₹300 consultation fee—even though the doctor’s only advice was to cut it and wash with warm water. A week earlier, the doctor had already confirmed that the plaster could be removed after seven days, yet they still insisted on charging again. The hospital seems to have a pattern of billing unnecessarily for every visit. Their facilities are subpar compared to the fees they demand, and the staff lacks proper qualifications and professionalism. Their behavior reflects a clear lack of ethics and customer care. Another major issue is their lack of transparency in billing. They do not provide proper receipts for payments, which raises concerns about financial malpractice. When I inquired about using insurance benefits, they demanded an advance deposit of ₹5,000 but refused to give a clear estimate of the total cost. They also stated that the billing amount would be at their discretion when charging the insurance company, which is highly suspicious. The receptionist, in particular, was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service. When I mentioned that the doctor had advised getting an X-ray after 15 days, the staff refused to proceed without charging another consultation fee, clearly prioritizing profit over patient care. I was charged a total of ₹6,000 for a small hairline fracture just because they kept recommending repetitive visits every week. Overall, this hospital operates with the sole intention of exploiting patients. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and seek medical care at more ethical and professional institutions.

However it's a little bit costly, but still one of the best Ortho hospital in Sonipat. My wife and mother in law recovered from very severe knee pain. Thanks to Doctor Bhogal.
