If you are in Sonepat (Haryana) than one of the known and experienced Dr for Obs. and Gynae is here. I believe most of the crowd came just because of Dr Neelam Sharma and Dr Sudesh. Dr. Team is very experienced and handle patients very nicely. Pros: - Very Experienced Team - Satisfactory conversation/reply from Doctors - Hospital is on prime location of city (as of now road construction is going on - thats different thing) - They are ready to support digitally also. - in simple words this is now best hospital as Mother and Child care. -Rooms and Rest Room facility is good. Cons: - Waiting period is very high. - Front desk support is poor, need things more systematically. - they need to know how to talk with customers. Request: Please make things more systematic for customer satisfaction. I believe you recently started and it will take some time for further improvement but this is necessity. No doubt Doctor is very decent and helpful But the staff at reception is very irresponsible and careless After the getting first appointment they sent the patient to doctor on reckless and personal known basis. So what is the purpose of numbering system

One of the best hospital for mother care in sonipat . Neelaam madam is great doctor and good humen being. We are very happy the way Neelam madam treat & opreat my wife .we are blessed with baby girl. Support staff nurse Mrs Saroj also very supportive and helping during 4 days stay. Mrs saroj treat my wife like a real sister. Great humen being indeed.
