1 star Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience at Sara Medicate Sopore when I took my diabetic mother for a consultation with an endocrinologist. From the moment we walked in, the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. We were treated with zero empathy, despite the fact that my mother is a senior citizen and clearly needed care and attention. The owner of the clinic was equally unprofessional completely lacking in basic courtesy or any sense of responsibility toward patients. It felt like we were a nuisance rather than people seeking medical help. This place should not be allowed to operate as a healthcare facility. If you care about respectful treatment and competent service, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. We left without even seeing the doctor because the environment was so toxic. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from people who are supposed to be in the business of helping others.
