Absolute wastage of time & money. Zero management & worst administration. Staff is unhelpful & unattentive. They treat people as cattle. The Patients & attendants were shivering with the cold as they don't have any heating arrangement in the waiting hall. They have a central heating system but only for decorative purposes. If you have any type of approach you can consult the doctor, otherwise those with Serial number 7 had to wait for more than 2 hours for an appointment.

Hospital is good. Doctors are great too. However, I was really disappointed today at ECG section. I went there for a normal ECG (Haven't done it before). They didn't make me feel comfortable and started the process which is okay. I was already uncomfortable while one of the female was doing the procedure, another female (no work of hers) just came to see me lying there top to bottom. She might have come to talk to the other girl normally but it was really awkward for me to see the other girl looking at me. On top of that, while the process was going this other girl left the room. I literally had to cover myself up and ask them to shut the door asap , which they did immediately. But honestly I was so disappointed. The professionalism was lacking and they didn't care about somebody else's personal space.

MONEY ORIENTED DOCTOR AND HOSPITAL. OWN PHARMACY OWN LABS JUST KEEP PRESCRIBING TESTS AND COSTLY MEDICINES RATHER THAN DIRECTLY PRESCRIBING MEDICINES THEY WILL WASTE YOUR 6 MONTHS WITH THIS AND THAT AND THEN GIVE SAME MEDICINE WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN FIRST MONTH ITSELF. WHEN WE WENT TO A REPUTED DOCTOR INSTEAD WE FELT WE WERE FOOLED BY DOCTOR HERE TREATING UNNECESSARY THINGS THAT SHE HERSELF SAID FIRST CANT BE TREATED THEN PRESCRIBED MEDICINE TO CONCEIVE WHICH REPUTED DOCTORS PRESCRIBE AT FIRST ENSURING ALL HEALTH CONDITIONS ARE GOOD. WASTE!!!
