"Dear HR Department, I am writing to express my concern regarding the service at the reception area of your hospital. Despite the presence of qualified and educated individuals in the job market, the current reception staff seems to lack the necessary skills and training. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionists was subpar, and I observed the following issues: Their communication style was unprofessional and unpleasant.The staff appeared to be ignoring patients' concerns and displayed arrogant behavior.The overall attitude and demeanor of the receptionists were uncooperative and unwelcoming.During my visit, I witnessed other patients, including women, expressing their dissatisfaction and frustration with the reception staff's behavior, which further emphasizes the need for improvement. I kindly request that you consider hiring qualified and trained staff for the reception area to improve the overall patient experience. Additionally, providing customer service training to existing staff could also be beneficial. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration.

This is the second time worst experience at emergency. My wife is on ANC , earlier when my wife was asked to get a test dose the one who did had not even a knowledge how to inject caused a bump and sore which remained for 2 months. Now today when we had an emergency and the staff in emergency is delegating work one to other and the other to one who doesn’t know anything. I am bound because we are in last month otherwise i would have just got this ANC transferred. Worst experience so far. Althoug this complaint is not for doctor, we have a good doctor Dr Naseer Sahab. I suggest him to shift somewhere else , this hospital is derogating the name of such good doctors. Updating one more thing , we have been aksed for short stay . Here is only 1 resident who is busy in OT. We are almost wating from 1 hr for discharge. They are unable to arrange anyone who could discharge. Pathetic low grade i would have rated 0 star but there isnt any option.

I am a MIPH patient Doctors are good and well experienced. Especially Dr.Wasim Qadir Kar. Management should be little bit of intention towards the receptionists.
