Dr. Piyush Agarwal's expertise and knowledge are truly remarkable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my diagnosis, and discussed the treatment options in a way that was easy for me to understand. His ability to communicate complex medical information with such clarity is commendable.The entire staff at Apex Health & Diagnostic Centre is top-notch. The administrative team were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Scheduling appointments was a breeze, and I never had to wait long in the waiting room.

The problem is with the lady that seats in the counter. She is rude to the patient and I don’t understand for what reason. If this is the way she behaves with customer, I don’t know about others but I am not visiting the Doctor. You are running a business, learn to behave first.

Good doctor. Confused staff. A new patient doesn't know how the staff manage people. And staff behaves like clueless to the people who asks any questions. Once you waste some time watching their skill, you should take the things on your hand and they will behave according to what you want.
