Terrible experience at the reception. They do not value the patient's time. Puts the patient's name in the serial stating booking details. Reached early but denied the appointment asking to wait until sl.no. 30. when the last patient was at 7. Seeking administration to look into the staff at the reception. Their behaviour and timely response is truly valued. Unacceptable behaviour 👎🏻

Had a terrible experience in visiting the hospital for my father's routine checkup. Reached the hospital early but the people at reception denied the serial stating that this time they are giving serial from the booking list. These people sitting at the reception doesn't value patient's time and asks to wait until the serial reaches 30. When the number of patients at the time of my visit was just 7. I was denied for the serial 8, because the booking appointment was at 30. Whoever runs it kindly take a look over your administration. It is really unacceptable.

Very very bad service. Even the doctors and staffs are rude. Doesn't know how to talk to people. They should take classes on talking skills. BK Memorial treats patient without even diagnosis. Doesn't want to write in prescription the name of the disease. Will never recommend BK Memorial for any treatment. Very horrible experience 😞
