My experience with Dr. Bhabani Bhuyan was not as expected. The waiting time was unusually long, and there was very little communication or clarity about delays. During the consultation, I didn’t feel that my concerns were fully heard or understood. I believe there is room for improvement in patient interaction and overall attentiveness. I hope the experience improves for others in the future

Hospital is concern about Doctors and hospital only, they are least concern about the patients. Just look at the parking area designated for patient...so horrible and filthy is the area that you regret admitting your near ones and who controls those idiot security personnel, they're there for objections only often they stop you for availing elevator facilities and when asked why they have only one answer "aamar order achee amak gali dibo". Hospital is doing no charity, when you are charging patients so heavily you are supposed to provide facilities. Bloody when you have construed such a huge hospital and your charges are sky high than you must have a proper feedback register. I might have to rethink next time

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment provided to my friend, JAY GOVIND BANSAL 44 year male who was admitted to your hospital on December 16th, 2024, after suffering a brain stroke.at home in Rangapara in afternoon Despite reaching theTimes hospital within an hour and ten minutes of the onset of symptoms, the medical team, led by Dr. Sushil Baroi, failed to diagnose the stroke promptly. It was only after an MRI was performed the next day Afternoon that the stroke was confirmed. We were not informed about the severity of the condition or the necessary treatment, including the administration of TPA (tissue plasminogen activator), which could have significantly improved my friend's chances of recovery. As a result of this negligence, my friend has been left with severe paralysis full body and is still struggling to survive. We are extremely dissatisfied with the level of care provided and demand a thorough investigation into this matter. I request you to take immediate action to address the shortcomings in your hospital's stroke treatment protocol and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
