I recently underwent a preventive health check-up at SUT Pattom and I’m extremely happy with the overall experience. The service was smooth, the procedures were well-organized, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The doctors were also highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Suggestion: I noticed that the staff member who took my blood sample was not wearing gloves. It would be great if this hygiene practice is strictly followed. Apart from that, I’m fully satisfied with the care and service provided.
