Atreya Hospital (A Unit of DMRI)

Me and my brother both had a Laser Procedure for Gum Disease by Dr. Nithin Selvakumar. The whole process was really good. The doctor was really friendly, caring and smooth. All the nurses were really friendly, caring, and helpful too. We consulted the doctor for regular check-up but Doctor said the disease had just started and it’s good we diagnosed it early. I would totally recommend Athreya Hospital and Doctor Nithin for everyone I know. Absolutely brilliant experience.

You need to have better doctors in the causality, visited on 24/5/2025 for my ailing father with Parkinsonism, felt the doctor in the causality was not very knowledgeable and ignorant. Just was calling consultant doctors, and if they don’t reply, she has no idea what to do. Could sense even the nursing staff attending were not very comfortable with this doctor because of her ignorant behaviour. At one point there was even a back forth between the doctor and staff on who should do a certain procedure. Nursing staff was very helpful and they agreed to do the procedure. They explained us more about the what is to be done more than the doctor.

Doctors are good. But the staff and management is the worst. I Once went there and the reception took around half an hour. We can understand the delay of there was a croud but there was only 2 patients waiting. Consultation was top class. Admiring. After consultation the pharmacy took around another 1 hour. We cancelled and purchased medicine from outside. This is what happens if low paid staff are engaged. Should hire a good management and qualified staff. Unpaid and freshers will kill the reputation of the institution.
