Good maternity hospital in Thrissur. Good experience in my wife's delivery. Experienced doctors. Staff are friendly behaviour. The pediatrician was really nice & informative.

Firstly l express my thanking to Dr Radha Mam Senior Gynecologist of Drs Gem Hospital. She literally help me a lot for my surgery. Mentally l am in a confused moment to take the decision. But she makes me comfortable for the surgery. Her way of talking to the patients and the dealings are so good. Literally l feel soo comfortable with her. I thank you my surgeon Dr Hambhal sir and Dr Hemalatha Anesthesia. Another important one to thank were the hospital staff. Like the doctor the staff also very good in patient care and dealings. Actually l feel like a home. Head Nurse Viji, Staff nurse Maya, soumya, Sunitha, Sona, Anu, Anett trainee, vidhya, annya very good in care to the patients. They are so helping. Cleaning staff Reetha chechi also so nice. In my ICU observation time she came to me and asking me if l am good or not, it will be better soon. It's not her responsibility to enquire that. But she did that with the heart of her. That's it l tell that l feel like a home. Mr Anish PRO also help me a lot to my room arrangements and the insurance paperworks. All are well arranged and executed. I express my thankful and gratitude to all Doctors and Staff of Hospital. Surely it's a better hospital for gynecology.

Very poor service. Worst experience. They didn't even allow the mother to see the baby for initial hours. And baby was given glucose water. Seems like they doesn't know about skin to skin contact also. The duty nurse at night in the labor room was doing her duty without opening her sleepy eyes. Rest, all other nurses where good. Only because of that I'm giving one star. Dr will not take any small risk and will not communicate to the patient and relatives properly.
