Best doctors in the worst hospital. Staff don't know how to behave with patients.I want to return the medicine first time I went on Sunday and they said there is no money in their pharmacy we need to come on op days then, I again reached there on Wednesday at 8.00AM then they say that we need to come after 11.00AM . Never seen a hospital like this before. There is only 15days for returning the medicine. Include these kind of days and timings in the bill. In every hospital we can return medicine whenever we have time in the alloted days

Very Good Experience My sister had a surgery at Saroja Hospital and had a very good experience. Very competent surgeon, Dr Sreekumar Pillai and team. The nursing staff were very experienced and efficient. Friendly too. Rooms were clean. Relatively small hospital and hence everything was easily accessible. Located in a prime area in the city.

Outstanding Experience at Saroja Hospital, Thrissur I was admitted to Saroja Hospital on the evening of May 23rd, and right from the moment I arrived, I received an exceptionally warm and professional welcome from the hospital staff. It truly set the tone for my entire experience. I underwent surgery under the care of Dr. Sreekumar Pillai, and I honestly have no words to express my gratitude. He’s not just a doctor—he’s a lifesaver. He saved my mother’s life 13 years ago, and today, he did the same for me. His name alone brings a sense of comfort and trust. I’m forever grateful. The nursing staff was equally commendable—so caring, gentle, and genuinely warm. Their kindness made the hospital stay feel so much lighter. I’d especially like to mention Nurse Anjali, who cared for me during the night. Her humble smile and compassionate nature are something I will always remember. Even the post-operative care team was excellent—always attentive, supportive, and never once showing any hesitation or impatience. Although I don’t remember the names of all the doctors and nurses who cared for me, I can confidently say that every one of them was sweet, professional, and made me feel at ease. The only minor issue was the unavailability of a non-AC room due to unavoidable circumstances, and I had to stay in an AC room (which I didn’t need and didn’t use because I can’t tolerate cold). Unfortunately, the full AC room charge still applied. But honestly, that’s a small thing compared to the overall excellent service I received. Thank you, Saroja Hospital, for the incredible care.
