Borthakur Nursing Home and Research Centre in Tinsukia

exceptional care, compassionate staff, efficient services, and a clean, well-maintained environment..Best hospital in Tinsukia Town..Dr.A Borthakur was fine doctor & Best human being.

I was visited this hospital 2yr ago that days they OPD staff and doctors are good but some people like nurses and leb technicians are too lazy ... and today I visit with my grandma in this hospital again , when I came it's about 10am and the doctor was bussy with patients , we are waiting for doctor to visit with him , after 1 hour latter we visit a doctor and he recommended us to blood test and ultrasound then we are go to lebotory and submit her blood, after half an hour they called us to do ultrasound , and the twist of the day is ... after ultrasound a nurse came with grandmother and call me and she tell me that sigh here and they took my grandmother at minor o t room after 10 minutes and that time l don't know why they are took her in the room , i asked to every nurse and staff why you are took her in that room but they are never reply and nor explain , like they ignored my questions, they ignore me that time I was too angry with them , again I was waiting for them 2and half hour but my grandmother locked in that room and that time she was fall from the bed , when I listen crowd of her I was run and take her to the room and I show that bed was break and no one there in that room, when I see the prescription of her , doctor was recommended to papsmear test , for that's test we waiting hor 4 hours , they ignore us and tell we are still doing waiting for them .. ...... ... this is the worst experience for me ever....

I'm impressed with the quality of care at Borthakur nursing home... The service is exceptional, and the nurses are courteous and polite....
