Lalitha Nursing Home

I had a smooth normal delivery here. The doctors and nurses were incredibly friendly, attentive and encouraging. The facility is well maintained and the rooms provide a homely atmosphere. The only downside, is their lack of efficient crowd management.

## I highly recommend Dr. Gayathri at Lalitha Nursing Home. Her care and attention have been outstanding throughout my pregnancy. While my experience with the doctor has been wonderful. * Throughout my regular visits to Lalitha Nursing Home from my 7th month of pregnancy onwards, Dr. Gayathri  mam has provided outstanding care and attention, making my experience with her truly wonderful. Areas for Improvement: * Need for segregating the token system to manage crowds more effectively. * Long queues at the cash counter requiring attention. * Demeanor of cash counter and reception staff needs improvement (felt reminiscent of a government hospital). * Staff training needed on handling patients politely and efficiently during busy times.

My experience in this hospital is okay 1. If you have the patience to wait for ofor a checkup and scan. We have to wait for hours after check-ups to get a bill. 2. Cost wise is okay for treatments, but they are not money minded treatment wise are well and good. 3. We have to pay separate gpay. Sometimes, they will not accept cash. We went to this hospital for Dr.chitra, but she is good at treating patients and in her profession. Cleaning and housekeeping department is good they are doing great job hospital is clean and good. But some nurses are playing duty time, not well and good. Especially Dr.Akila and Dr.shivani is good in treating patients and way of motivating patient is good. Note : After my complaint, the hospital management took prompt action and rectified. Thank you for Dr.chitra and management for quick action and response.
