Are you going to get treatment from Dr. Angelina? Read my experience. A year ago, I had some problems with my pregnancy, so I went to the hospital to see Dr. Angelina at 11 am (I was 7 months pregnant, and had been receiving treatment at the government hospital until then) ( I had my first child in a government hospital ), His assistant asked me all my history and left. I waited till 2 o'clock. He told me that Dr. Angelina called me at 2.30 and said that you should continue your treatment at the government hospital. The doctor didn't even see me. Worst Day ever , worst Doctor ever , Money Minded Doctor , Do you have any conscience? If there was, you wouldn't have made me wait for 3 hours and told me to leave, thinking you wouldn't get any money from me. After that, I underwent treatment at Muthamizh Hospital and took my son home safely. She is not a number 1 Doctor , she is a money minded doctor

Worst hospital for Maternity treatment and delivering baby. I have worst experience and I would never suggest any of my friends or family to visit this hospital. Such an inefficient functioning facility and money minded people, hygiene is wrong option for them, they eat on peoples fear. This people said that I need to be admitted in hospital on Wednesday of 07th and I was totally fine that time, no pain, all perfectly fine but they insisted to admit me. I got admitted and what these people were doing is just checking my BP and baby moments, and I don’t get it why are they asking me to admit. They told “we would admit you in advance because what if during delivery time rooms are not available, we would not be able to give you room”. This hospital is best at exploitation. First these things need to be corrected from the managements end, if management are functioning properly then the whole hospital will be okay. In the attached image it is visible how the cockroaches are roaming around in a maternity room. Such a painful experience.

Customer / Patient service: I had the worst experience with the staff, including the young nurses, receptionists, and others. They lacked knowledge even about basic details. Whenever we asked a simple question, we were passed on to someone else, and when trying to follow up, no one responded for two days. This kind of treatment is frustrating for patients. The nurses, especially those in the NICU and post-delivery ward (including one particularly rude un married nurse), acted like they were doctors and displayed unprofessional behavior, more akin to what you might expect in a government hospital. Pros : On a positive note, all the doctors were professional and behaved well. The hospital ambiance was pleasant, and they regularly cleaned the rooms and wards. I had booked a Deluxe room, which was neat and clean. However, the building is quite old, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Suggestions: A suggestion for the hospital management: please train and educate your staff on how to handle patients in a more professional and compassionate manner.( Because we are paying for the services)
