This hospital deserves zero rating and only zero rated hospital in this city Staff nursing and staff admin are very rude ,irresponsible , false statement and money minded people If you take your baby to their hospital it’s headache to get treatment Please don’t never take this hospital as an emergency Dr.Pradeep raju please punish all this duty staff in op on13.01.25 This is very bad hospital

Always they asked some money without any hesitation.I felt very irritating.Because they were the MONEY ZOMBIES. Even I couldn't complaint to the hospital, because Hospital management also support them. Please don't fell the trap of the labours.😞🥺😳

Overall (3.5 stars), I will rate this as a good hospital (Not service minded and not corporate minded too). Be specific with your illness(when admitted) or they will send you more and more specialist doctors/ tests. Some of the test they took are unnecessary however its based on the patient's statement. Using Ambulance (Rs.500) for the next to next building for a CT scan sounded funny however could not be avoided. Nurses can be still trained to be motivated to do their job better. Looks like they seek fun at the wrong place. Staff nurse Maha-Lakshmi (night shift) is one of the best nurses I have seen, she is so committed. Hospital management can use her as a role-model to train the other nurses. :-)
