This hospital provides excellent care for their patients. I'm consulting here for past 6 years. Dr. Pradheep sir is our pediatrician for both of my kids. I'm completely satisfied with the way he addresses our issues. He answers all our questions in a polite and professional way. Being a medical professional, I'm satisfied much with the way he prescribes medications- gives what's just needed and nothing too much. And treatment outcomes are really satisfactory. The nursing staffs are responsive to our needs. The overall hygiene is clean . The overall experience is positive.

I had admitted my grandmother for treatment, and while Dr. SelvaSekaran(Gastro) is undoubtedly skilled, his approach toward patients has been deeply concerning. He was very rude to her, which left her feeling traumatized. After undergoing an endoscopy with him, she has become fearful of even taking trips. Also his ego hits when I ask for second opinion with others. Regardless of one's talent, it's essential for medical professionals to treat patients with compassion and respect. Talent should always be accompanied by a service-minded attitude. Hope he change his attitude!
