From the moment I stepped into Royal Hospital, I was met with a level of care and professionalism that exceeded all expectations. The reception staff were efficient, friendly, and immediately put me at ease, handling all the initial procedures with a smile and clear communication. The medical care I received was exceptional. The doctors were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment plan, ensuring I felt informed and involved in my care. The nursing staff were truly outstanding – compassionate, proactive, and always ready to assist with any need, big or small. Their dedication and genuine care made a significant difference in my comfort and recovery. The facilities at Royal Hospital are top-notch, clean, and designed to promote healing and well-being. Every aspect of my stay, from the comfortable rooms to the efficient support services, contributed to a positive experience. The discharge process was just as seamless and well-managed as my admission. The staff ensured I had all the necessary information, medications, and follow-up instructions, making the transition back home smooth and worry-free. My entire journey at Royal Hospital, from the initial welcome at reception to the final discharge, was handled with the utmost professionalism, care, and efficiency. I felt like a valued individual throughout my stay, and I am incredibly grateful to every member of the Royal Hospital team for their dedication to patient well-being. I would wholeheartedly recommend Royal Hospital to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.

My sister had been experiencing headache, neck stiffness, and fever for more than 25 days. In the early days, she was diagnosed with malaria and typhoid. We treated her with anti-malarial drugs and other antibiotics at a local hospital. However, between the 22nd and 25th day, her symptoms worsened. Our cousin brother suggested taking her to Royal Hospital. At midnight, we took her there. By that time, she was unable to walk. The front desk staff and casualty ward nurses were very helpful and gave us hope. Within three days, the doctors identified the core issue — meningitis — and immediately started the appropriate treatment. We stayed in the hospital for 11 days. The nurses, housekeepers, staff, pharmacists, and microbiologists treated us like family. In particular, the third-floor nurses, both on the night shift and day shift, were exceptional. My sister was mainly treated by two doctors: Dr. Syed Ibrahim Sir and Dr. Meena Kumari Madam — both were humble, professional, and well-informed. We were also cared for by Dr. Bilal, who was simple and humble, and Dr. Vel, who was very charming. I cannot recall the names of two other lady doctors (sorry, madams) — both of whom were friendly and caring. Special thanks also to the neurology team, including Dr. Saravan and another doctor (trying to recall his name), who supported us throughout. Thank you to all the doctors! Thanks also to the canteen staff who served food to the room and provided excellent service. By the 9th day, she had become normal, Alhamdulillah. On the insurance side, Mr. Peer was very helpful and kept us well-informed. We were able to claim almost the full amount, thanks to his support. May God bless and bring peace to all the hospital staff, nurses, and doctors. Once again, thank you, Dr. Syed Ibrahim Sir. A small suggestion: please consider fixing a transparent sheet above the park chairs to protect them from pigeons’ droppings.
