On [16th January 2024 early morning 1.30am], I visited the hospital seeking medical attention, expecting the availability of a doctor due to the round-the-clock nature of your services. However, to my disappointment, I discovered that there was no doctor on duty at that time. This situation not only inconvenienced me but also raised questions about the reliability of a 24-hour medical facility. I believe that access to medical care should be assured at any hour, especially in an emergency or urgent situations. I kindly request that you investigate and address the reasons behind the unavailability of a doctor during my visit. Additionally, please take measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future, as it jeopardizes the trust patients place in your healthcare services. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing about the actions taken to improve the accessibility and reliability of medical care at your hospital.
