Extremely Unprofessional & Money-Oriented Hospital – A Serious Concern My experience at this hospital, allegedly run by Dr. Usha Gupta and her family, was nothing short of distressing. What is being marketed as a reliable healthcare facility is, in reality, an unprofessional and money-driven setup with little to no regard for ethical medical practices. Here’s why I strongly advise against visiting this place: 1. Misleading Management & Lack of Transparency The hospital appears to be a family-run business rather than a professional medical institution. Dr. Usha Gupta’s name is used extensively in advertisements to attract patients, but the reality is far from what is promised. The management lacks transparency, and instead of prioritizing healthcare, they seem more focused on financial gain. 2. Exorbitant Consultation Fees & Suspicious Billing The hospital charges an outrageous consultation fee of ₹1500, which is even higher than reputed hospitals like Max or Fortis, despite Varanasi not being a fully developed metro city. Even worse, they do not provide proper billing or receipts, raising serious concerns about fraudulent financial practices. 3. Untrained & Unprofessional Staff The hospital staff is highly uneducated, rude, and lacks basic etiquette, especially while dealing with female patients. Their behavior is completely unacceptable for a medical institution. Such unprofessionalism makes patients feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. 4. Questionable Medical Ethics – Serious Privacy Violation One of the most shocking experiences was learning that male doctors were conducting ultrasounds on female patients. This is not only highly unethical but also a complete violation of patient privacy and dignity. It is disgraceful that such a practice is being followed without any concern for patient comfort. 5. Low-Quality & Potentially Harmful Medications The prescribed medicines were from unknown brands that lacked credibility. When we consulted a reputed doctor in Delhi, we were informed that these medications were completely inappropriate and seemed to be recommended solely for financial gain. This raises a huge red flag about whether patient health is even a priority here. 6. Urgent Need for Investigation & Action Considering all the above factors, I strongly believe that a legal investigation should be conducted into this hospital's unethical practices. The lack of transparency, financial exploitation, violation of patient rights, and possible medical negligence make it an unsafe place for treatment. Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs This hospital is nothing more than a money-making trap that preys on unsuspecting patients, especially those from lower-income backgrounds. If you value your health, safety, and dignity, I strongly recommend avoiding this place and seeking treatment from a reputed, well-regulated hospital instead.

she is kind of God, my sister was not able to conceive. she has seen many doctor nothing was working doctor said she will not be mother. but she came here and follow the treatment very care fully and she conceive and has a baby boy. now she is mother of girl and boy. my wife has the same issue. i went here and she treat her as well, she is also pregnant. This doctor is always updated with new research and very amazing. her treatment takes time but effective and less costly compare to other in the same field. The experience she provide, she worth more money than she charge.

Worst Dr. Ever I met in my life , very rude behaviour , she don't even listen what is your actual problem . I took 9 month treatment from dr. Usa Gupta , every time I visit hospital we wait for 4 to 5 hours. Staff are very rude there is no coordination between staff they are very unorganised that's why visitors have to wait whole day . There is no Dr. In the hospital at my delivery time . The nurses didn't listen me I was in severe labour pain and they didn't even listen to me I delivered baby all by my shelf than after they came and do the further procedure.
