Nearly 15 times I called in the clinic for an appointment.. pre lunch the ring was going on the landline but no 1 received the call.. after that i.e. post lunch I am continuously getting the number busy.. It feels like the receiver of the landline is keep aside. I wanted an urgent appointment with the doctor..
