I visited Manisundaram Medical Mission for an orthopedic issue, and my experience was extremely disappointing and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating hospital experiences I’ve ever had. Right from the start, the receptionist and nurses behaved carelessly, dragging time over the smallest formalities. Even for a basic consultation, you’ll be made to wait endlessly — they move like snails and act like they're doing you a favor. The system here is entirely money-driven. They won't begin any process unless you've paid multiple times — they'll ask you to pay, and then again and again for even the smallest things. It’s like they’ve made it a business strategy to keep the patient hanging until all payments are done. On top of that, they push for unnecessary scans and tests that seem irrelevant just to inflate the bill. The physiotherapist was completely unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge — he seemed more interested in showing off than actually helping. But the most disappointing part was the chief consultant. He is extremely short-tempered, arrogant, and lacks the basic courtesy expected from a doctor. One moment he talks calmly, the next he’s rude, shouting, or showing attitude without any provocation. He behaves like he owns the place and patients are beneath him. There’s absolutely no empathy in his approach — just ego and dominance. If you're expecting care, patience, and professionalism, this is not the place. I strongly advise people to avoid this hospital unless you want to waste your time, money, and peace of mind. I recently underwent varicose vein laser surgery at Manisundaram Medical Mission Hospital in Sathuvacheri at Vellore and had a wonderful experience.The doctors are highly experienced, very kind, and took great care of me throughout the treatment. The Hospital MD and the staff were equally supportive, showing genuine care, soft behaviour, and attention to every detail. My surgery was successfully performed without realizing any pain. I am truly grateful to the entire team at MMM Hospital for their excellent service and heartfelt care. Furthermore the insurance process was handled quickly and efficiently by the concerned staff, which deserves special appreciation.It is also important to highlight that the entire treatment was truly service- oriented, focusing completely on patient care and comfort. I sincerely thank the entire team at MMM Hospital for their outstanding service.
