Dr. Kiranmai Gottapu

My wife had undergone delivery recently at Apollo Hospital, Arilova and Dr. Kiranmai mam had taken good care of my wife. Delivery completed without any complications, both baby and mother are doing very well now. Dr Kiranmai mam provided us enough confidence during each and every Consultation. We are very thankful to Dr Kiranmai mam and sister Varalakshmi as well for good care of my wife during entire pregnancy period.

Awful Experience. Took my mother to her for consultation. She doesn’t even allow Patient’s attendants to step inside the room to discuss about the patients health concern. I stepped inside to talk about my mother and she rudely responded me saying only patients are allowed step outside and wait. She just sat in the chair letting the trainee/Jr Doctor to take Pap smear for who ever goes for consultation. Nothing else. Just entering into the room, taking pap smear and coming out. She didn’t even spend a second with the person who went for checkup to ask if they have any health concerns. Many people consider going to Apollo hospitals for their regular health checkups because of their excellent service. But doctors like these don’t even care about talking to the person about their concerns.. Taking my Parents there for health checkups from several years. Never experienced something like these. Pathetic Experience.

my mother Bharati had hysterectomy surgery from dr kiranmai garu ...very excellent care and treatment from her. She always treat everyone like a family and receives anyone with a smile. And gynaec sister Varalakshmi garu also takes care of every patient with a smile ... really love the care shown by dr kiranmai garu and her staff.
