Disappointing Experience at Ariya Hospital I am writing to share my recent experience at Ariya Hospital [Dr.Silpahasa Samalla], which was both frustrating and disappointing. I had contacted the hospital several times to schedule an appointment. Each time, I was given a date, but when I followed up on the day of the appointment, I was informed that only offline appointments were being accepted. I was then instructed to come to the hospital at 10:00 AM for a walk-in consultation. I arrived promptly at 10:00 AM, only to find a large crowd already gathered. When I asked the staff, I was told it would take time and that I might be able to see the doctor between 1:00–2:00 PM. After waiting for several hours, I was finally called in to meet the doctor. Unfortunately, the consultation was extremely brief and unhelpful. The doctor did not take the time to properly listen to my concerns. She quickly gave a general statement without offering any clear explanation about my condition or the proposed treatment plan. When I tried to ask follow-up questions, she either dismissed them or avoided answering altogether. During the long wait, I spoke with several other patients who were also visiting the doctor for the first time. Many of them expressed similar frustrations. It became clear to me that the doctor’s popularity on social media does not reflect the quality of care provided in person. I specifically asked the doctor multiple times whether she had treated similar cases before, but she did not respond to my question. I left the hospital feeling confused, unheard, and dissatisfied with the entire experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the appointment process and patient care at the hospital. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, to have their concerns properly heard, and to receive clear communication regarding their health.

The main concern is the excessive waiting time despite having a prior appointment. I have accompanied my sister and mother for consultation and on each occasion.we have had to wait for more than four hours to meet the doctor. While we are quite satisfied with the treatment provided by Dr. Silphasha, we have found some of the staff members to be somewhat rude to patients. This is not acceptable, and I kindly request the hospital staff to treat patients with empathy and respect.

Today visited this hospital with the suggestion of my sister. We (Me & My Wife) came from UAE for her treatment. When I called the hospital for appointment, they replied no appointments taken, it's walk in. I felt bit of cold response from the staff. Visited the hospital morning 10:30 and saw huge crowd, when I went to reception the staff said I have to pay 500 for consultation and have to come back at 1pm again and they are sure how long time it will take or we have to wait until 6pm. Asked the customer care person to give us appointment for next day morning. Then he replied for that I have to come back next day, my requested me to let's leave. With the suggestion of my friend visited Dr. Santi శ్రీ in Dr. Adam's hospital got the appointment and done the treatment within 2 hours. No complain of treatment with Dr. Silpahasa, because we don't know about it. If you have all the day to spare or 2 days, you can visit this hospital or there are many good gynecologists in that area.
