Curewell Hospital

There a lady called rama in Scan section .she behaves like a road side vegetable vendor. She don't have any courtesy about patients and patient care takers . We are paying money . U guys are not doing any free service right. First traine her to how to treat patient .how to talk to patient .she doesn’t have any common sense . While talking to her its seems like she dont have any qualification to work in a hospital. Medical professionals should have courtesy & empathy. Because of her your hospital reputation will go down.

I had a very positive experience at Curewell Hospital. The medical facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is professional and caring. The hospital ensures that patients receive the best possible care, making it a reliable choice for treatment. A special mention to Kavya, who manages the pharmacy. She is truly dedicated to her work, treating every patient like a family member. Her friendly and compassionate approach makes a big difference, especially for those who may be feeling unwell or stressed. She takes the time to listen, offers helpful advice, and ensures that patients understand their medications properly. Her hard work and kindness create a welcoming environment, making the pharmacy experience smooth and stress-free. My bad experience with first time visit to *curewell* hospital is worst .I think worst is a small word my eyes torn to cry loudly as a pregnant woman. Fish market is far better than that hospitality and radiologist doctor is a psychopath with his worst behaviour. Mainly gynecologist doctor V. Hema shouted on me with full of frustration. What will visitors do if she has a hectic day with full of deliveries n surgeries. It's better not to give appointments to meet patients.she doesn't have patience n kindness to explain or to listen with the patients. I almost waited 9 hrs in hospital to meet her and she atleast doesn't have concern on my problem and behaved as a moran. In my life again I never ever visit that hospital.
