My wife had a normal delivery this morning. Overall, we had a good experience at the hospital. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained , and we were very extremely happy with the care provided by Dr Padmavathi and Dr Spoorthi – both were absolute legends, professional and supportive throughout. Communication was awesome, although I have heard a few staff members came across as a bit rude at times (opportunity for management to their staff regarding customer service skills). Still, we’re grateful for the safe and smooth delivery. Thank you Dr Spoorthi, Dr Padmavathi and the team for your support and care.
