It's good , especially after delivering Kalyani sister I think she took good care of mother and baby Giving 1 star because of the pediatric care and test results are fake . I have done one of the tests at the hospital and the same test at well known diagnostic center.I am shocked to see the results it's a drastic change .So I am advising to look twice at the reports before admitting the baby in the hospital. Even at the hospital while taking the sample for the baby they pricked twice and covered the baby hand with bandage so that as parents we don't know what has happened. I repeat for a new born baby please rethink twice before admitting the baby

It's only best for just Normal delivery based patient health conditions. After Delivery, they will show hell here! Worest hospitality. Poor maintenance, rude behaviour, of facilities and overall hygiene. Duty doctors lack proper care and attention towards patients. Lack of transparency in providing medical information. If you're an insurance holder, they create unnecessary drama and push for multiple medical tests just to extract more money. The insurance claim staff is rude and uncooperative. They continue treatments even during building renovations, putting patients, including children, at risk. And these are just a few of the many issues! It seems many of facing same issues.

Recently i am blessed with baby girl through normal delivery in prasanthi hospital which is best in hanamakonda. I would like to thank Dr.prasanthi mohan madem and entire team for guideing through out my pregnancy journey and a special thanks to Dr.Bindu madem who motivated and supported during my labour pains and helped me to success my normal delivery.Dr.prasanthi mohan madem suggested me physiotherapist and lactation Dr.swathi Ram madem she motivated and helped with excercises and prepared me for normal delivery after delivery she guided lactation which helped me and my baby alot a heartfelt gratitude to Dr.swathi Ram madem. last but not the least thanks from my bottom of my heart to entire docters team, nursing staff, working staff, cleaning staff. I am happy for best experiance with the hospital and team.
