Shiva Hospital

Dr. Varalakshmi Ma'am is very kind, caring, and polite. That's the only reason to visit the hospital. Except for Ma'am and Shiva Sir, nothing else is good about the hospital. I just wonder why they are not addressing the issues despite numerous complaints. The medical shop does not provide all the items mentioned in the kit and scolds you when you ask for them. The nurses blatantly lie in front of you about the items in the kit and are very cunning in nature. I am not sure if they are stealing these items, but you will realize that some are missing only when they ask you to get extras instead of utilizing the existing ones. The nursing staff is extremely impolite, especially the medical shop team, who show utter disrespect when someone even asks about the timings of the medicine or missing items. The behavior of government hospital staff is much better than that of these nurses. Thank you. Once again, we did not have any issues with Ma'am and Shiva Sir

There are many GYN Hospitals available in warangal but Dr. Varalakshmi Ma'am is very kind, caring, and polite. That's the only reason to visit the hospital. Except for Ma'am and Shiva Sir, nothing else is good about the hospital The staff behavior is very worst and shout on patients I hope govt hospital people are being very polite than this hospital staff The people who are in madam cabin on April 16 2025 they were very worst and rude They behave like MBBS educated doctors they are personally treating the people,it's basic responsibility of the staff to behave and talk in polite way Every one will come with some reasons and pains inside them instead of insulting and shouting just quit and go away it's brings good name and fame to hospital There will be educated and uneducated people if they don't know how to look the number just try to explain in a polite manner I just want to post a video of this but for sure next time will do that 1 st time I have visited the hospital completely felt negative about the staff I request madam to look after such issues and train them in a proper way to treat patients in a Polite way

Most experienced doctors are here. 1st pregnancy,I got normal delivery here and shortly Iam ready for the second delivery. Patiencey staff. Thank you Dr.Varalakshmi madam and Dr. Shiva kumar sir
