This young doctor dr saleem is one of the greatest doctor in the town..my aunty suffering from thyroid disease...taking tablets for that..but she went one quack he told to stop medication ,quack promised her he will cure thyroid permanently but after stopping tablet...her face leg swollen , weight gain occur rapidly.......one day she had giddiness loss her consciousness....we went to doctor salim he diagnosed the route cause.... explained about the thyroid disease and treated my aunty so nicely.now she is doing well...thank u doctor salim... naku doctors meda negative opinion undedi kani doctor salim ne chusaka....Devudu doctor salim rupam lo unnadu.....
